The Sofitel Marrakech (Lounge and Spa, and Palais Impérial) is on Rue Harroun Errachid in Hivernage, the hotel district between the medina walls and Avenue Mohammed VI.

The two Sofitel buildings share the same street but have separate entrances. Tell us which one you booked, Lounge and Spa or Palais Impérial, and the driver stops at the right lobby.

Leaving from Marrakech Airport

At Marrakech Menara airport your driver waits in the arrivals hall, after customs, with a board showing your name. Passport control can take from 15 minutes to more than an hour when several flights land together; the driver follows your flight and waits, at no extra cost.
