Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every transfer booked with MG Taxis Morocco through this website, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive our voucher by email with a booking reference. Please check the date, time, pickup place and number of passengers on the voucher and tell us at once if something is wrong.

Prices

Prices are per car and per way, not per person. They include taxes, fuel and road tolls. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.

Payment

You can pay the driver in cash in EUR, USD, GBP or MAD on the day of the transfer, or pay online with PayPal when you book. Payments made with PayPal include a service fee that is shown before you pay.

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, tell us as early as you can by WhatsApp, phone or email and give your booking reference. We do our best to move your transfer to the new date or time.

Airport pickups and delays

For airport pickups, give your flight number when you book. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a board showing your name. If your flight is delayed or you cannot find your driver, call or message us on the number on your voucher.

Passengers, luggage and child seats

The number of passengers cannot be higher than the capacity of the car you booked. Tell us in advance about large or unusual luggage such as surfboards, bicycles or golf bags. Baby and child seats are available on request and must be asked for when you book.
