Your private transfer from Marrakech Airport to El Fenn

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a board showing your name and helps with your luggage. The road is about 6 km and the drive usually takes about 15 min. Where El Fenn is

El Fenn is in the medina, in a lane near Bab Laksour, on the western side of the old city and a few minutes from Jemaa el-Fna.

Arriving at El Fenn

Cars cannot enter the lane of the hotel. The driver stops at Bab Laksour, the closest gate, and the walk from there takes 2 to 3 minutes. Tell the hotel your arrival time and a porter meets you at the gate for the luggage.

Leaving from Marrakech Airport

At Marrakech Menara airport your driver waits in the arrivals hall, after customs, with a board showing your name. Passport control can take from 15 minutes to more than an hour when several flights land together; the driver follows your flight and waits, at no extra cost. Around El Fenn

Jemaa el-Fna is about 5 minutes on foot, the Koutoubia about 7, and the souks of Mouassine are just behind the hotel.
